PILATES WITH TRACEY
Pilates teaches correct movement patterns and helps to realign the musculoskeletal system.  This is Mat Pilates.

Anxiety & Depression Support Group                                            
Do you feel socially isolated by depression, anxiety, grief or any other type of mental illness? We provide a safe nurturing environment to get together with other people going through similar situations.

GENTLE EXERCISE FOR OVER 55s
Class 1 - 9am- Please contact us to discuss.
Aerobic, balance and coordination. Floor/mat work, stretches and core strength.

Class 2 - 10.15am
Gentle, seated workout.  Aerobic balance, left and right coordination movements. Strength, bands and weights to keep those muscles toned.
Cost: $5 per class.

LIVING WITH GRIEF, LOSS AND CHANGE
This course addresses the discomfort many people experience with grief. There will be a focus on learning how to manage grief and live a meaningful life with grief, as opposed to trying to 'fix it.' In a safe, small group setting members will have an opportunity to share their experiences.  Tutor, Mary Ellen Smith has a professional background in clinical social work.  The course content is based on her recently published book, Living with Grief, Loss and Change (www.grieflossandchange.com)
