WALKING GROUP FOR MEN
Join a moderately paced 4km walk every Tuesday, starting from the Centre.
NORDIC WALKING GROUP
If you have done the classes and want to keep walking then join Laurence in this new group.
Time: 9.15am for 45 minutes
PILATES WITH TRACEY
Pilates teaches correct movement patterns and helps to realign the musculoskeletal system. This is Mat Pilates.
When: Wednesdays during school term beginning 24th April
Time: 11:15am to 12:15pm
Cost: $200 per term or $25.00 casual (10 week term)
Enjoy a leisurely walk with occasional day trips. Calendar of walks is available from the House.
PIZZA WITH FRIENDS
Anxiety & Depression Support Group
Do you feel socially isolated by depression, anxiety, grief or any other type of mental illness? We provide a safe nurturing environment to get together with other people going through similar situations.
When: First Wed of the month
Time: 7.00pm to 8.30pm
Come in for a chat and coffee with Glenn Cleary Dip. COUNS M.A.I.P.C, or a more formal session of counselling. We have a private room available, and all session information is kept private and confidential

GENTLE EXERCISE FOR OVER 55s
Class 1 - 9am- Please contact us to discuss.
Aerobic, balance and coordination. Floor/mat work, stretches and core strength.
Class 2 - 10.15am
Gentle, seated workout. Aerobic balance, left and right coordination movements. Strength, bands and weights to keep those muscles toned.
Cost: $5 per class.
